In my world, Pallas Athene and Medusa are friends.

A powerful Magician, envious of Athene, psychologically
pitted the women against each other using philosophy.

The women intuitively saw through the Magician’s intent.

Guided by Medusa,
Athene transversed her darkest hours,
through labyrinth-like cavities of
spells cast upon her by the Magician.
In this Underworld, Athene experienced many
visions and overcame illusions.

Together Athene and Medusa triumphed over
internal and external misunderstandings and judgement.
Allowing self-acceptance, love, and wisdom into the psyche.
